We are delighted to announce that all Lawley residents are invited to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee on Saturday 4 June. Thanks to a £2k grant from Telford & Wrekin Council’s The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee Celebration Fund all Lawley residents will enjoy an afternoon of entertainment and a mini afternoon tea. As part of the Lawley Partnership Board we are delighted to be working with Telford Concert Band, Wellington & Telford Brass Band, Telford Concordia Choir and Lawley Community Radio in organising an afternoon to remember. There will be lots of opportunities for residents to be involved before and on the day including sharing memories of previous royal celebrations.
